When you haven’t scheduled writing time but time becomes available, use the time to capture thoughts and content onto paper.

Bad weather days (dark and dreary, snowy, hot and humid, etc.) are well suited for staying inside and using the time for unexpected additional writing time.

During holiday and break time, when business stress and deadlines, meetings, etc. are easing up, these are good times to take a day/extra hour or two to focus on writing.

On vacation and relaxed, creativity has the opportunity to blossom, so take an hour or two to record your notes and thoughts for your writing project(s).
